Laying down after eating weight loss

It is difficult to ascertain the cause if a complete physical examination and complete medical history are not available. They are now checking my gallbladder and pancreas. I have read that the weight loss effect of Byetta is very slow. has done numerous tests on my Kidneys and all is fine.
